🔰 What can you do with GROWI? / GROWIでできること

1. Knowledge Management / ナレッジ管理：ページを作って情報を蓄積

• How to create and edit pages? / ページの作成・編集方法
  • You can create a new page from the "Pencil Icon" in the upper left / 左上の「鉛筆アイコン」から新規ページを作成できます
  • Click "Edit" in the upper right to edit an existing page / 右上の「編集」ボタンで既存ページを編集できます
• How to manage pages? / ページの管理方法
  • GROWI manages pages in a hierarchical structure / GROWIはページを階層構造で管理します
    • Example: /page A/page B/page C
  • Pages can also be managed with Tags / タグでも管理できます

2. Information Retrieval / 情報検索：さまざまな方法で情報を探す

• Keyword search / キーワード検索
• Search using various sidebars / サイドバーを使った検索
  • Search by Page Tree / ページツリーで検索
  • Search by Latest Changes / 最新の変更から検索
  • Search by Tag, and more... / タグ検索など

3. Information Sharing / 情報共有：社内外への共有も簡単

• Share page URLs and permalinks with team members / ページのURLやパーマリンクをメンバーに共有できます
  • User Groups can manage viewing privileges / ユーザーグループで閲覧権限を管理できます
• Pages can also be shared with external users who don't have an account / アカウントのない社外ユーザーにもページを公開できます
  • Use shared links to share with users outside your company! / 共有リンクを使って社外にも情報共有しましょう！
